We will explore current relationships, behaviors, and choices and determine what changes you would like to make. Approach

In our sessions, we will identify your inherent strengths and how to apply these strengths to live a more satisfying life. I have an interactive, non-judgmental, personable, and thorough counseling style and I am able to appropriately challenge clients as needed. I provide a safe, calm, and respectful environment, which will enable us to develop a trusting therapeutic alliance. We will use the therapeutic relationship to identify and transform the obstacles that stand in your way. We will continually monitor the progress of our work together and how it is impacting your life outside of our sessions. Ideally, unwanted symptoms will be significantly reduced, new insights will be gained and as a result, the quality of your life and your relationships will improve. I view therapy as a collaboration and welcome people of all ages from all cultures and backgrounds.
